Scope of Agreement:
Please read these Terms of Service carefully before utilizing the **ExitQ Self-Shopping checkout network**. Accessing the shopper scan features or onboarding an outlet location constitutes your agreement to follow these guidelines.
1. User Shopping Requirements
When checking out items inside partner store locations, you agree that:
- You will accurately scan the barcodes of all physical items placed inside your cart.
- You will present the digital gate slip and exit QR code to exit gate checkers.
- You consent to physical check-out items auditing by staff checkers at the exit gate before authorization.
2. Merchant/Store Admin Guidelines
Merchant accounts onboarded on the ExitQ network agree that:
- They are responsible for configuring accurate product catalogs, taxable GST slabs, and selling prices.
- They route payment intents directly to their merchant account endpoints using their own Razorpay API credentials.
- ExitQ acts as a billing SaaS platform and is not liable for inventory discrepancies or physical theft/shrinkage.
3. Prohibited Practices
Any attempt to bypass the client geofence, inject fraudulent payloads into POS sync APIs, simulate successful payment validations, or falsify exit scan timestamps is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account termination.
