ExitQ operates solely as an interactive self-checkout billing platform connecting consumers and retail store merchants. We do not manufacture products, hold in-store inventory, or process transaction settlements directly on our own bank accounts.
1. Disclaimer of Inventory Liability
Product descriptions, pricing details, and stock availability metrics are maintained and updated directly by our retail merchant partners. ExitQ is not liable for mismatched pricing, defective items, or stock discrepancies found inside physical stores.
2. Payment Processing Disclosures
All online payments are processed through third-party integrations (such as Razorpay) configured directly with the merchant's bank accounts. ExitQ is not responsible for failed transactions, double charges, or settlement delays occurring on the payment networks.
3. Intellectual Property
The design layouts, checkout logic algorithms, brand assets, and trademarked logos of ExitQ are the exclusive property of Karst Technologies Pvt. Ltd.. Unauthorized cloning, API scraping, or key-logger injection into our terminals is strictly prohibited.
